Having issues with the iPhone version of the LunaJin® App? Don’t worry, here are some steps you can try to quickly resolve the problem.

Problem: The app does not recognize my subscription or is not working properly?

Sometimes, the Apple server may not immediately recognize your subscription correctly. Often, simple actions can help:

  1. Completely close and restart the app:
    The simplest first step is often to fully close the app (by "swiping it away") and then reopen it.
  2. Check your internet connection:
    Please make sure your iPhone has a stable internet connection when you start the app. This is important so your subscription can be verified.
  3. Restart your iPhone:
    A complete restart of your iPhone can also fix many minor software issues. You can find instructions directly from Apple: Restart iPhone.
  4. Update the app to the latest version:
    If the above steps did not help, make sure you have installed the latest version of the LunaJin® App. Updates often contain bug fixes.
